Salon Etiquette, Cancellations and No-shows
We at Kabuki value both your time and ours. Lateness doesn’t just affect our tightly run schedule but the experience of our other clients too.
If you realise that you might be running more than 10 minutes late, we would ask that you call the salon as soon as possible to let us know. We will try to be as accommodating as our schedule allows but please be aware that in some instances, we may have to move your appointment to a different day or team member within the same week and for this no further charge will be applied. If we are unable to move you to another time or team member then we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
All new clients and also services which require longer than 2 hours of salon service will be required to pay a $60 deposit to secure the requested appointment, this will then be credited towards the total cost of your final account.
Kabuki will always confirm your service with a reminder text, phone call or follow up text within 24 hours of your up-and-coming appointment. To secure your appointment we kindly ask that you confirm via text YES to confirm or NO to cancel, or call if you need to reschedule, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
We reserve the right to CANCEL your appointment if you fail to confirm.
We understand and appreciate that life can get in the way of our best-laid plans (especially when you book your appointments well in advance). If you do happen to cancel within 24 hours notice of you appointment, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
If you do not arrive for your appointment after confirmation, we will require you to pay a 100% no-show fee before securing your next booking with Kabuki.
