EXCELLENT Based on 176 reviews Posted on Natalie Ingrati25/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW travelling for work and very picky for my hair. Booked in with Sidd for a blow dry, scalp massage and treatment. He did not disappoint I nearly feel asleep at the basin, hair feels so silky and the blow dry is next level. Not only does my hair look fantastic. Sidd is so nic and easy to talk too. Very reasonable in terms of price also. Definitely going back!Posted on Sal Williams14/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had excellent service at Kabuki! It’s always scary to try a new salon, but this one is on top of its game! Shoutout to Sid, who did a really nice haircut. Highly recommend this place!Posted on cat prior09/09/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely experience from start to finish! Luke is an absolute legend, made me feel at ease from the get go, and he made my curls look and feel brand new. Thank you!!! 🥰Posted on Melissa04/09/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time visiting Kabuki today. The salon was easy to find with plenty of parking. The hair wash and a massage was a 10/10, I almost fell asleep. My hair is very fine but also very curly. I have never been taught how to style it properly until today. I went in wanting a basic trim to tidy up split ends, nothing more but walked out with confidence on how manage and style it properly thanks to Sidd. I absolutely love love love it!Posted on Judy Zanetti16/07/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to give one star to even give this review Clarifying the Experience 💬 Dear owner of Kabuki Haircutters Darwin Thank you for responding to my review I need to set the record straight—because your version omits vital truths and includes false claims that have only deepened my distress. Yes, I spent over five hours in your salon. My curls—part of my identity—were stripped away. I was never shown a colour chart or given a clear plan. One stylist tried to help, but the damage had already been done. You claim I used foul language throughout the appointment. That is untrue. I only swore once—in a moment of shock and devastation—when I was asked to pay $410 after the trauma I’d just endured. I was visibly upset and in tears. One of your team cried with me. This wasn’t about disrespect—it was desperation. Before I left, I pointed out dye still visible on my forehead. I was told “that’s just your skin colour.” I walked to a mirror and wiped it off myself to prove otherwise. Ask your staff they will confirm this also. Later, crying in the car, my husband helped clean the remaining dye with a baby wipe. And speaking of my husband—he made six separate trips totaling over 90km just to support me through this ordeal. That level of effort and emotional exhaustion says a lot about how distressing the experience really was. You say you welcome feedback—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Yet when I shared my experience, you responded not with empathy, but contradiction. My returned call was ignored. The photos I sent went unacknowledged. What I received instead were messages criticizing my emotions and threatening further contact unless I engaged. Since coming home, I’ve spent more money under the guidance of my trusted Perth hairdresser—who was horrified by the condition of my hair and gave me urgent recovery instructions. This wasn’t about perfection. It was about basic care, accountability, and respect. None of which I received. .
